Stevens & Stevens General Manager and Shredding Supervisor named Certified Secure Destruction Specialists

General Manager Rich Walling (Left) and Shredding Supervisor Adam Ball (Right) of Stevens & Stevens Business Records Management, Inc. have been named Certified Secure Destruction Specialists (CSDS) by the National Association of Information Destruction (NAID). Only 184 NAID members hold this distinction nationwide.

“It’s a real accomplishment for Rich and Adam to be honored with this accreditation from such a notable association like NAID,” said Marshall Stevens, co-owner of Stevens & Stevens Business Records Management, Inc., a Florida-based full-service records management center. “We’re privileged to have two people with their level of experience and knowledge of our industry as part of our team.”

Walling and Ball were required to score 85 percent on a 300 question examination that covered legislation, physical security, risk management, operations and records management.

“Earning the CSDS accreditation is a major accomplishment,” said NAID CEO Bob Johnson. “These individuals are better able to serve their customers, and the confidence they gain improves their ability to convey the value of using a qualified data destruction service provider.”
