A game worth your support – and ours
The East-West Shrine Game is the longest-running college all-star game in the country and it takes place right here in St. Petersburg, Florida, at Tropicana Field, on January 18, 2014.
With the top college players in the country participating, it’s a game worth watching. But it isn’t just the game that makes the event worthwhile; it’s who benefits from the game that makes a difference. Since 1925, the East-West Shrine Game has played an important role in raising awareness of the amazing work done by Shriners Hospitals for Children. The 501(c)3 nonprofit organization operates 20 health care facilities in the U.S., as well as one in Canada and a facility in Mexico. These hospitals provide innovative pediatric specialty care, world-class research and outstanding medical education. Since its inception in 1922, the Shriners health care system has cared for more than one million children. And what’s especially impressive is that they provide services regardless of a family’s ability to pay!
This game is great showcase on so many levels: raising awareness of Shriners Hospitals, getting an opportunity to see today’s college football stars that are the future stars of the NFL and promoting our beautiful Florida coast. That’s why Stevens and Stevens Business Records Management is proud to be a sponsor of the game. We hope you’ll join us in supporting the East-West Shrine game in whatever way you can. It’s the right thing to do.
